The bed in my Grande Studio was REALLY comfortable. The kitchen had good equipment. The location across the river was great. Free coffee in the morning was a great IDEA.
I was woken up on my first morning at 6.30. I heard noisy footsteps in the room above me. This went on for at least 1.5 hours. The ceiling has POOR insulation.

The location is spot on! It's just a quick walk to the city center via the river, so convenient. I really appreciated the free hot chocolate. It was such a nice bonus, especially because of its high quality. I also used the kitchen! It was well stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. It's quite limited. Spaces filled up quickly, so plan ahead!

The staff were fantastic! They provided croissants fresh every day. They were such a treat, even on Christmas Day! They tasted of high quality! The team was friendly and helpful. They were always ready with assistance when needed.

The parking lot was smaller than expected. I had difficulty finding a space upon arrival. i spent more on parking elsewhere as a result.
